Please follow these instructions to place an Estimate request:

1) Go to Orders Interface at www.onlinephotofix.com/customers and sign in using your username and password.

(If you do not have a FREE account yet (username and password) please click here).

2) Click on "Ask for a FREE estimate" link.

3) Browse your hard disk and select the file you wish to restore by clicking the "Browse" button.

3b) Once the file is selected click the "Open" button.

4) Once selected, click the "Upload this file" button.

5) Wait meanwhile the new pop-up window upload the file to the server.

6) Once progress line reach 100% and file become uploaded, window will say "File Upload Complete", then you will have to close it by clicking "Close" link.

7) Now that Step 1 of 3 is completed, click on "Next" button.

8) On Step 2 of 3 you must type the instructions of what you need (mandatory). If you have any doubt about some parameter, click on it "Help" button. Once ready click on "Next" button.

9) Please check if information entered is correct. If not, press "Back" button to return to Step 2 and make changes. If everything is correct then click "Click here to ask for a FREE estimate" button. 

10) System will assign your Estimate request a number. Now you can request a new one by clicking "Ask for a FREE estimate" button or see your Estimates and/or Orders status by clicking "Estimates/Order Status" button.
