Unfortunatelly we are not able to accept re-work requests by e-mail, ticket system, or by phone.
Re-work requests MUST be asked from inside the Orders Interface.
To ask for a re-work, you must sign in at Orders Interface at www.onlinephotofix.com/oi
Then:
Click on "Orders Status".
Click on "Downloaded" (at right side of the Order Number you need to ask for re-work).
Click on "Rework".
Then system will guide you step by step to complete the request.
When asking for a re-work please pay special attention to click on "Click here to submit" button at Step 3 of 3.
After that, system will assign you a new order number. The new order number is the confirmation that the re-work request was placed correctly, please be sure not to close the browser window until system assign you the new order number.
After the re-work is placed and a new Order number is assigned, original order status is changed to "Closed".
Please do NOT use the Re-work system to make a question or a comment about the order because that way you will waste your chance to ask for a re-work. Instead, if you have a question, use the "Make a question about this order" form.
